Unita Design reserves any rights to use any and all products designed and produced by it’s staff for advertising and marketing purposes, this also includes testimonials.

The images, designs and products produced by Unita Design as well as our website, are all proprietary and protected by copyright laws. All rights are reserved.  Information contained on our website may not be used for any purpose other than shopping and are not to be transmitted in any form without prior permission.  You are responsible for ensuring that you have obtained all necessary consents and permission in relation to any images and text that you ask us to include in your stationery.

Full payment is due at the time you place your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Solo card payments via the web or phone. This website contains material which is owned by Unita Design.  This includes the images, designs, layout, look, appearance and graphics.  Reproduction is prohibited and all products are proprietary and protected by copyright laws. Unita Design takes privacy and security matters seriously.  We ensure any personal information that you provide to us, is kept completely confidential and will not be passed on to any third parties.  We will only disclose your information if required by law.  By submitting your information you consent to the use of that information as set out in this policy.  All data is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 1998.

We may collect your name, billing and delivery address, email and telephone number along with your payment details, this will only be used in communications relating to your order and our service.

By submitting your details you agree to us contacting you for any reason in relation to your order and for future marketing initiatives, whether by e-mail or telephone and you confirm that you do not and will not consider any of the above as being a breach of any of your rights.

Security

All payments are taken securely via Sagepay using 128-bit SSL encryption.  We retain the right to refuse an order where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment. If you have any questions, we are here to help please contact us 

Liability

It is the clients responsibility to ensure that their spelling, grammar, punctuation, colours and other print content are correct in the electronic proofs they receive.  Clients are responsible for making any and all necessary corrections before indicating their approval to authorise production of their stationery.  Unita design cannot be held liable in any way for any errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, colour and all other printed content once our client has approved the proof.  Customers are obligated to pay all original and additional costs in the event that an order needs to be reprinted due to errors that existed in the original proof.

All of our Letterpress products are hand cut and printed and as a result each print may differ very slightly from the next, the difference is barely discernable but it is this individuality that makes Letterpress stationery so uniquely beautiful and personal.
