Wedding Stationery Checklist

Please take a minute to read through our step-by-step checklist to make sure that all wording (names in particular) have been spelt correctly on your stationery.  Please note once you have approved the electronic proof you accept all responsibility for the information on your stationery. Thank you.

• Have you received a proof of all the stationery items you requested?
• Are the inks used the colours you have chosen?
• Are the fonts and spacing of the text correct?
• Is everything aligned correctly?
• Is the spelling of all names etc correct?
• Are all wedding dates and times correct?
• Are the ceremony and reception venue and addresses correct?
• Have you checked RSVP address? (please do not use abbreviations)
• Are all correspondence details (telephone numbers and email addresses etc) correct?
• Check, check and check all spellings and punctuations and then please re-check.
• Please make sure everything you require is on your proof as if it does not appear on your proof it will not be on your stationery, we can make alterations after proofing but they will incur a charge.
• All of our Letterpress products are hand cut and printed and as a result each print may differ very slightly from the next, the difference is barely discernable but it is this individuality that makes Letterpress stationery so uniquely beautiful and personal.
