Orders are normally shipped within 4 weeks of customers proof approval. (Please note speedy delivery is available at an extra cost) Rush orders can be accommodated depending on our schedule and the complexity of your design, therefore please contact us with the details. Charges range from 20% to 30% of the total order and delivery can be from 2 to 3 weeks depending on the complexity of your design.
Personalised and bespoke orders will take longer and expected delivery time will be approx 6 weeks from customers proof approval.

We will not be liable for any loss or consequential loss due to the late or non delivery of goods as a result of carrier/courier actions which are beyond our control.
